Why do you have a minimum contract length?
New advertising accounts can take around 3-months to mature. We place 6-month contracts in so it gives us time to get your account reaching close to it’s full potential. The first month also includes us having to build the account for you so you won’t necessarily pay any advertising costs for this.
How am I billed for my advertising spend?
We help you to set up all of your billing details with Google Ads (& Bing if using) which is usually a debit/credit card. They then charge you directly & send all your invoicing direct to an email of your choice, for simplicity’s sake.
What are your payment terms?
We invoice in arrears, so you will receive your first invoice from us after the first month’s work with standard 30-day payment terms.
Will I own the advertising accounts?
Yes, absolutely! If you don’t have one already, we will set up Google Ads (& Bing if applicable) but you will be in full ownership of the accounts.
How much should I spend on advertising?
This varies on a business by business level. We’ll work with you to understand your business challenges & we’d recommend a budget to help you to reach your goals. There are no restrictions on how much you may want to spend.
What is account growth time?
This is additional time we have every month to explore ways to level up your account to continuously deliver better results. This can involve creating new campaigns, running tests & many other analytical & other techniques.
What are account vitals checks?
These checks involve a 5-10 minute analysis to ensure your spend & performance are on track. They also help us to ensure your account health is in tip top shape. We also exclude any searches we deem irrelevant here as well to prevent wasted budget spend.

Absolutely! It can be overwhelming getting started with online advertising & we’re here to simplify this process for you… See it as us taking away the stress! All we need from you is your vital business input so we can understand as much about it as possible.
